Выйдя на поиски рефов, неожиданно узнала, что сегодня (точнее, уже вчера) День Котиков. А я как раз засела пилить комикс. Пракотикофф, разумеется. That's all you have to know about my timing

Окей, если быть точным, герой дня был один: то самое котэ, которое Ватануки... Тьфу ты, _Кагеяма Шигео_ не смог спасти от сверстников. И, главное, меня переклинило на котенке, а в манге была мордастая взрослая особь (обнаружила, когда постфактум полезла в сканы ) Но править было влом Вообще, постить что-либо на сонную голову - не самая умная мысль: я не только скомкала комментарий, но и забыла проставить ворнинги об animal death и проч. +-+

Но как доставляет, когда люди пишут что-то вроде "ааааааа ;а; ну хоть в этот раз хэппи-энд"

В итоге я из 48 последних часов рисовала двадцать. Спала пять с половиной, и это было не сегодня

Я - японский иероглиф, с котэ там Watanuki-level tragic story, только гг его еще подкармливал (и дело происходило во сне в иллюзии). (It was a Hao-like turning point for using his abilities on people instead of spirits, btw.) That's why I mistakenly thought the kitty could fit into cupped hands, which is impossible with the huge busaiko You won't believe how much I struggled to keep the resemblance throughout the story

Are there spirits in Mob psycho too, or is it just an SK equivalent here? =)

Я - японский иероглиф, ugh. This anime is close to both holic and SK, so there are rei/spirits and youkai, and they do hyoui, only instead of shamans there are psychics/chounouryokusha who can work both with and without spirits. )
Also, one of the spirits is extremely close in nature to Tokagero, and I'd never have thought I could love him so much

I was somewhat under the impression, that it was 99% crack, so I passed, and I somehow missed the fact that it's by the autor of onepunman xD

No, it's not completely crack, though a couple of characters could be VERY annoying in this regard if you don't care for that. But it's actually far more to my taste than OPM. I mean, shamans, spirits, very cool Showa-style animation! (easily among the best of all time despite the deliberately wonky design), striking social criticism, inspiring morale, RELATABLE characters (I think that's the tag i see most often tbh ), DEEP FEELS, okay, I'm starting to talk in caps The opening is my all-time fav, too. And not to hook you or anything, but it's the first time I loved the brothers' relationship so much (usually I stay mostly indifferent to that XD)

The show is pretty slow-paced at the beginning, though. I got hooked up at the third episode (more like, it SHOOK me), but the actual plot-heavy storyline starts somewhere from the seventh, I think? (The brothers cremated story, too. )
I liked it very much, but I understand it's not conveniently appealing (the crack is still there, and so is the old school design), so don't feel pressured into watching it, please
